The same is true for engineering, nursing, and banking, (just to name a few.) In fact, we’d bet there isn’t a single industry that hasn’t experienced some kind of massive change which has caused instability for its employees.

True job security comes when we have a firm handle on our skills and talents and know how to deploy them in multiple industries. The real safety comes from knowing what matters to us, and making decisions accordingly. Only then are we guaranteed to be able to respond no matter what life throws us.

Great question! While impressive resumes should seem like the ultimate secret sauce, careers are only a piece of the puzzle. In this program and community, we actually don’t talk about LinkedIn resumes and cover letters. (You can find consultants for that.)
